Our employees go through specialized training annually in areas of Federal Aviation regulations, weather, flight tracking and system integrations. Aircraft Service: We have earned a reputation as a leader in private aviation and flight support, providing a wide-range of services designed to provide value, convenience and total customer satisfaction. Maintenance: At Northern Jet Management Inc.™, we are responsible for the airworthiness for aircraft operated by The Company Jet™ and Northern Jet Management. We have full service maintenance, parts and avionics repair capabilities on-site and we offer comprehensive detailing and aircraft refurbishing. Our aircraft maintenance services include maintenance planning. Some of the duties include maintenance planning, scheduled inspections, unscheduled repairs, Service Bulletins, Service Letters and Airworthiness Directives. This is accomplished by utilizing a maintenance tracking software program in conjunction with the manufactures recording programs. Both short and long range planning can be analyzed daily for an up to date aircraft status. Utilization of this information effectively reduces the overall maintenance cost and minimizes the aircraft down time. Our technicians are Airframe and Powerplant certified. They are factory trained and participate in various specialized system training. We have a computerized inventory system that enhances our capability for parts control and reliability information. Technicians are trained to function as Maintenance Control in the event of on the road issues and have an excellent rapport with the pilots and aircraft manufacture's field service engineers.
