Charles R. Cox, President

Charles R. (Chuck) Cox is the Founder and President of The Company Jet™, Northern Jet Management Inc.™ and is also the President of Northern Air Inc.™. Mr. Cox has over 25 years of aviation and travel industry experience. In 1997, Mr. Cox founded the Aviation Consulting firm, Cox & Vogel Inc., and was President of Travel Consultants from 1985 to 1997 (then West Michigan's largest travel management company and one of the 35 largest Travel Management organizations in the US). On January 1, 1999, the ownership and name of Travel Consultants Aviation changed to Northern Jet Management as to align itself with its sister company Northern Air. Mr. Cox served as Chairman of Hickory Travel Systems, a Travel Agency Consortium. He has also served on the Advisory Boards and Corporate Boards of several companies and non profit organizations. Mr. Cox serves on the Board of Trustees for Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI, and is also a member of the World Presidents Organization. Mr. Cox is a Certified Travel Consultant (CTC) and completed studies at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, located in Daytona Beach, FL.

Jeffrey A. Anderson, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Jeffrey Anderson is the Vice President of Operations at Northern Jet Management. He joined Northern Jet Management as Director of Operations in June 2002. Mr. Anderson has more than 17 years of successful senior leadership experience in the aviation industry and extensive knowledge of flight operations. Before joining Northern Jet Management he initially served as Flight Follower, then Manager of Flight Control and then as General Manager for Flight Operations of Reliant Airlines, where he was responsible for leading the operations and logistics departments of the company. Prior to joining Reliant Airlines he worked with Trans Continental Airlines. Mr. Anderson is an Airline Transport Pilot and Flight Instructor. He completed studies in business management at Washtenaw Community College, located in Ann Arbor, MI.

Rob A. DeLanoy, Chief Pilot

Rob DeLanoy joined Northern Jet Management in June 1997, as a First Officer in King Air and Citation. Mr. DeLanoy was promoted to Starship Captain in July 1999 and Citation Captain in September 2000. In October 2001, he accepted his first management position with Northern Jet Management, as Safety Manager. In February 2006, he became Assistant Chief Pilot, followed by his promotion to Chief Pilot in January 2007. Mr. DeLanoy has over 10 years experience as a pilot in Commercial Passenger transport operations, including time as a King Air and Barron Captain for Air Services Inc. as well as First Officer on a Beech 1900 Airliner with Great Lakes Airlines. He also spent several years as Chief Flight Instructor for Orchard Beach Aviation of Manistee, MI and Assistant Airport Manager of Manistee Blacker Airport. He holds a degree in Aviation Flight Technology from Lansing Community College, located in Lansing, MI and is type rated in the Cessna Citation 500 series aircraft, as well as the Beech Starship.

Mark A. Serbenski, Vice President of Maintenance, Northern Jet Management, Inc. and Chief Operating Officer of Northern Air, Inc.

Mark Serbenski is the Vice President of Aircraft Services, Northern Air. Mr. Serbenski joined Northern Air as Director of Maintenance in November 2001. Prior to his career with Northern Air he served as Service Manager for Waco Classic Aircraft/Centennial Aircraft since February 2000. His career includes various positions as Maintenance Instructor, Aircraft Maintenance Technician and Director of Operations over a ten year period with Western Michigan University. Mark holds FAA licenses A&P with Inspection Authorization. Mr. Serbenski graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelors degree in Science and Aircraft Maintenance Management.

David C. Canavesio, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

David C. Canavesio is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for The Company Jet, Northern Jet Management and Northern Air. Mr. Canavesio has more than 19 years of senior leadership experience in the aviation industry. Prior to joining Northern Jet Management he served as Chief Financial Officer for Kalitta Air, LLC, an international cargo airline. He held positions as Controller, Vice President of Finance and Administration, Treasurer and Executive Vice President for both cargo and charter passenger airlines. In addition, for 17 years Mr. Canavesio was an accounting instructor at both Walsh College and Lawrence Technological University. He also served as a Volunteer Probation Officer for the 16th District Court of Michigan for six years. Mr. Canavesio has a Masters degree in Business Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Lawrence Technological University, located in Southfield, MI.

Eloise J. Luyk, Vice President of Human Resources

Eloise J. Luyk is the Vice President of Human Resources for The Company Jet, Northern Jet Management and Northern Air. Mrs. Luyk is a human resource professional with 11 years of experience in all aspects of human resources management with the last eight years as a director in a manufacturing environment. Prior to joining The Company Jet, Northern Jet and Northern Air, she served as Human Resources Services Director at Steelcase, Inc. Mrs. Luyk also acquired broad based experience through her involvement as a business partner in her role as Human Resource Director, Manager, Unit Leader and Special Products Engineering Manager at Wood Furniture for more than 13 years. She is an active member of the community representing many professional and civic associations.
